Fortuna Alliance Will Fight FTC Allegations

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Friday, May 31

BELLINGHAM, WA - Fortuna Alliance, a profit sharing cooperative operating on the World Wide Web, will vigourously fight a restraining order obtained by the FTC on May 29th. This order was issued without notice, and will all the trappings of a criminal raid. The temporary order insinuates that Fortuna operares a pyramid scheme, and was issued among a flurry of media attention sought out by the FTC.

"The FTC's action is misguided at best. Not one person has lost money through Fortuna's Home Page and our operations is NOT a pyramide scheme," said Augustine Delgado, founder of the Fortuna Alliance. "Fortuna is an association with a profit based on the sale of goods and services. Every one of our members could received their money back if they so desired."

Fortuna is assembling an experienced legal team to fight these unsubstantiated allegations and insinuations.
